Electron Beam Welding is quality precision welding in a vacuum environment. Quality is inherent in the process. We start by welding a sample part followed by cross-sectioning, polishing and etching the part to verify the depth and quality of the weld. This sectioned sample is given to the customer for his verification and approval.

The weld parameters are determined from the sample welds and recorded in our database file and a quality tracking form is generated stating the identification of the part, how it was welded and any problems that were noted before and after. A copy of this form is delivered to the customer and a copy is maintained in the Electron Beam Technology, Inc. file.

Machine Calibration:
Our welding machines are maintained and calibrated on a regular basis.
